Special room rate:
650 yuan (approximately $100) a night, single/double room (including one breakfast)

Deadline for reservations: April 1, 2017 (Beijing Time Zone)

To receive special rates for room reservation, please fill out Hotel Information section of the Conference Registration form. You may also follow procedures below to make a room reservation before April 1, 2017:

1. You must first register as a conference attendee at this site: http://www.lawlib.zju.edu.cn/cafll2017/english/ (Click on Registration)
   (Note:  this step is necessary after you have sent in your paper Registration Form and payment);

2. Once your registration is approved, you will get a confirmation email from the Chinese organizer. it takes 1-2 days for approval after you register online.

3. You will need to log in on the above site, click up Sign Up button, and you will be able to see a Hotel Information link;

4. Click on that link and you will be able to indicate your room preferences; in the Comments box, you can record your arrival/departure dates and any special requests. If no arrival/departure dates are selected, it is assumed that you will check in on May 31 and check out on June 3;

5. Click on Submit to finish the hotel reservation. Print out the information for your record.

6. When you check in at the hotel you will be asked to present an ID and payment method (cash or major credit card).
